No mystery, no build-up. Here is the whole thing.
A chamber built to hold sound and light.
The Harmonic Egg® is a twelve-sided chamber invented by Gail Lynn and patented in 2020. Its shape sends sound around the room in a loop, so you hear music as an environment rather than out of a speaker. Coloured light fills the chamber at the same time.
There are only a handful in Alberta. This one is in northeast Calgary.
You sit down, and the door closes.
You stay dressed. You sit in a reclining chair. Nothing touches you and nothing is put on you.
Kathleen sets the colour and the music with you first, based on what you came in with. Then forty minutes of music, and ten minutes of silence.
The door is never locked. You can sit up and walk out whenever you want.
Of music.
Sound moves around you rather than at you, and colour fills the chamber.
Of silence.
The music stops. This is the part people remember.
Most people say the same three things.
They feel calm in a way they had forgotten. Their thoughts stop racing. Something that was sore is quieter.
Some people feel it that day. Some feel it two days later. Some feel nothing the first time and a lot the second.
None of those is the wrong answer. It is worth going in without deciding in advance what it is supposed to do.
Almost anyone.
Children, older adults and pregnant women all have sessions here. If you are being treated for something, keep doing that. This sits alongside your care, not instead of it.
Give it a week.
Drink more water than usual. Kathleen suggests leaving five to seven days before other energy or body work, so you can tell what did what.
How many will I need?
Some people feel a change after one. Most people find three to ten tells them what they need to know. Kathleen will be honest with you about which one you are.

First session, 100 minutes — $175. Follow-ups from $145. Packages and membership bring it down.

The first session is where everyone starts, including anyone who has been in an Egg somewhere else.
Give it five to seven days afterwards before booking other bodywork — chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, Reiki. The session keeps working in that window.
Your plan may already cover this. If your benefits cover social work, your sessions with her may be claimable.
